The Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Fire Department has been serving the residents and business owners of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea since 1961 and has established a reputation as a caring organization dedicated to public safety.

Mission Statement
To provide the Town of Lauderdale By The Sea with the best level of fire and rescue services and reach the highest level of public safety required by our town.
Responsibilities and Objectives
The Lauderdale By The Sea Fire Department is responsible for the safe management and resolution of all fires, vehicular and marine accidents, and other natural or caused emergency situations within the geographical boundaries of Lauderdale By The Sea as specified in agreement with the Town of Lauderdale By The Sea.
